In Cape Town's most popular neighbourhood

Cape Town is a city with many faces and a large mix of areas. However, all Cape Town connoisseurs agree that the best suburbs to live in are along the 'Atlantic Seaboard'. The magazine 'Time Out' named Sea Point even the coolest neighbourhood in South Africa and the second coolest one in the whole of Africa. This area has undergone an incredible metamorphosis in recent years. Numerous hip restaurants and cafés are located here. The kilometre-long promenade on the seafront is a wonderful place to walk, jog or cycle and watch the sun 'disappear’ into the sea at sunset.

Many things can be done on foot, which is particularly appreciated by European travellers. Sea Point is considered a safe suburb by Cape Town standards, with a very relaxed attitude to life. The penthouse is centrally located and yet in a peaceful location. You are a few steps away from all the hustle and bustle - but are still able to enjoy plenty of peace and quiet. Truly the best of both worlds!

The perfect base for exploring the region

Sea Point is also an ideal location from which to explore Cape Town and the surrounding areas. Top attractions such as the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, Table Mountain, Lion's Head and Signal Hill, as well as areas such as Green Point, De Waterkant, Gardens and the city centre, are all just a few minutes away. The magnificent beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay are also within easy reach.

From Sea Point, it is easy to explore numerous other must-see destinations such as the Cape Peninsula, Simon’s Town with its nearby penguin colony and Cape Point. There are also countless wine estates, unique historic towns like Stellenbosch and Franschhoek and the kilometre-long beach at Bloubergstrand with its famous view of Table Mountain.
